Sourcing Director Corona, CA
Job Description: Pantelides Dry Goods & Supply seeks an experienced Sourcing Director to lead our sourcing operations, focusing on leveraging extensive international experience in manufacturing and supply chain management in Asia, particularly China and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and owning companies focused on manufacturing and sourcing in these regions, complemented by a deep understanding of the U.S. market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
. Over 10 years of proven experience in sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management, with significant leadership roles in Asia.
• Expertise in managing operations across international borders, particularly in China.
• Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics and consumer expectations.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in English, with basic Mandarin a strong advantage.
